Third D&C show (did Halloween 2015, Citi Field 2016, now Citi Field 2017). Started seeing the Grateful Dead back in 87. Have seen all of the lineups
...
for The Other Ones, Further, The Dead, etc. By far, my favorite lineup since 95 is this one (no disrespect for Phil). This may be the best show I've seen since Jerry. Still deciding. (Dead Family Reunion shows at Alpine back in 02 were great, and some great shows with Joan and Jimmy back around 04 / 05) To see John embrace the role like he doing is thrilling. What a player. And who knew Oteil could sing like that??!! Not me! When we arrived at Citi, they were sound checking and rehearsing Comes a Time. I never thought they would actually play it - thought they were just messing around. Not the best seats once inside, but I don't think there was a "bad" seat in the house. The Dancin' opener w/ John plucking out that fluty-sounding lead (like Jerry used back in the late 70s) set the mood for a fun night. Bobby made us laugh out loud with his pronunciation of "CRACKED MY SPINE" in T. Jed! Just a great first set - only to be outdone by the second set. Scarlet was one of the better ones I've seen in a long time. I danced my face off for Viola, and the big man moved me to tears with Comes a Time. I'll have to listen to Estimated when not at work so I can turn it up to see if the sound effects I thought I heard on the background vocals during Estimated were really there, or were they only in my head! The light show on the Empire during Touch of Gray was as cool as the light show they did during the Fare The Well U.S. Blues - but mannnnnn... that Johnny B. Good was the bomb! MUCH FUN! I was jumpin - and it seemed the whole place was jumpin at that point. A great show! Can't wait to see when they are back this fall. Thanks for putting this show up for us to enjoy!

Saw this show and it was one of the best D&C I've seen. Excellent sound and more importantly the song choices were amazing. can't compare to the Dead
...
ie:1977.
John Mayer was very loose. You can see he's really into the groove.
Good sound quality. I would of gave 5 stars, as I would like tracks to be titled but because of the fast upload turn around time, I gave it a 5 Thanks.

I just finished downloading the entire to tour to date. Took all of about half an hour. How cool is that!? Love the digital age. Especially since I live

in Japan.
Now they all go on my iPod and I start from day 1, song 1 and will listen straight through in my car. Still a few shows to go, but I might as well get started! (Have already heard all of both Shoreline and Fenway shows but will put them in the cue where they belong.)
I was at both Shoreline shows during my vacation to the U.S. from Japan. Great time! Great shows! Great friends! Great Dead Family!
I can't rate this yet because I haven't heard it yet. But THANK YOU to ALL the tapers who take the time and effort to post these shows so quickly!
